We are trialing Hall Master as a booking system. Please click on the date you are interested in - via the blue cross in the top corner - and fill in the details. We will then confirm the booking.

HIRE RATES for 2024

Residents of Willingdon and Jevington Parish:

£12 an hour or part thereof.

Non-Parish Private:

£18 an hour or part thereof.

Other (for which a block booking of time and a returnable deposit will be required)

Commercial 1 day: £300 (12 hours)

Weddings Parish: £576 (48 hours at £12 an hour)

Weddings non-Parish: £864 (48 hours at £18 hour)

The trustees at their discretion can request a returnable deposit.

Booking Conditions

A copy of the Full Conditions can be seen here - they must be signed and returned prior to the date of hire, with the deposit if required.

The Hall Booking File on site contains the Hall’s hiring policies, including safeguarding and use of the Wi-Fi.

Main Terms

The hall and kitchen must be left in the same clean and tidy condition in which it was found.

For evening bookings, the premises must be vacated at 11pm unless previously arranged.

No smoking anywhere on the premises

Please ensure that all rubbish and empty bottles are removed from the premises.
